The REVsport saddle was, like the original REV saddle, developed specifically to provide long-term relief for heavily used horse backs. It is ideal for riders who want to protect their horse’s back sustainably and is equally suitable for horses with anatomically demanding back shapes. Thanks to its unique saddle tree, the REVsport also offers maximum independence, as it does not require regular adjustments by a saddle fitter.
The REVsport saddle is designed for performance-oriented riders who seek even greater precision, closer contact with the horse, and enhanced support in the seat. While the innovative REV saddle tree has been retained unchanged, the seat has been specifically refined and redesigned.
The anatomically sculpted seat feels deeper and more securely framed than that of the previous model. Lateral support in the area of the seat bones provides additional stability and support, allowing for exceptionally precise and refined aids. The compact, close-contact seat design creates an even more direct and intimate connection with the horse.
The suspension of the REVsport saddle is tuned slightly softer, making it particularly well suited for jumping and dressage work, where stability, balance, and a quit seat are essential.
The innovative saddle tree ensures exceptional comfort for both horse and rider. The rider’s seat is separated from the anatomically shaped bearing surface on the horse’s back by a distinctive U-shaped construction. This creates a spring-like, shock-absorbing effect that cushions movement, relieves the rider, and protects the horse’s back over the long term. Despite the two-level construction, the rider remains close to the horse, allowing precise and familiar aids at all times. Two different stirrup bar positions also enable an optimal leg position for various disciplines.

Its purpose is to distribute the forces generated while riding evenly across a large contact area on the horse’s back. Unlike traditional saddle trees, the REV features a continuous weight-bearing surface from front to back, making it suitable for a wide range of horse backs. When the rider sits in the saddle, the gullet opens slightly, relieving pressure in the shoulder area and allowing the shoulder to move freely. In addition, the saddle flaps can be exchanged easily in just a few steps using a special push-button mechanism.
