At Stübben, we are committed to the perfect fit for both horse and rider; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equestrian gear is returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Stübben account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that leather goods are protected to prevent scratching or creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
